About our security
Heaven on a Wick uses GeoTrust RapidSSL, 256-bit encryption (SSL is short for Secure Sockets Layer), a protocol for transmitting private information via the Internet. SSL uses a private key to encrypt data that is transferred over the SSL connection. This protocol is a standard used by many websites when you submit confidential information, such as credit card numbers and other personal data. SSL creates a secure connection between your browser and our server.

Delivery to Australian customers
We deliver Australia wide using a courier service. Please allow 5-10 working days for delivery to metropolitan areas. Regional areas may take a little longer. The delivery cost for each order is $AUD12.00 for SA, VIC and NSW and $15.00 for QLD, WA, NT and TAS payable when you place your order.

Delivery to Overseas customers
We currently only accept orders within Australia. If you do not live in Australia and would like to purchase Heaven on a Wick products, please contact us with your request and delivery needs, and we will advise on delivery costs and total charge if available to you.

Product Availability
Our listed products may sometimes be out of stock, as indicated on each item description. If there is any issue with our ability to meet your order then you will be notified.

Payment Options
Heaven on a Wick accepts PayPal as the primary form of payment.

Payment Receipt
For each transaction you make you will receive a printable receipt and a confirmation email of your order. Please note that this does not confirm our acceptance of your order in any way. For security reasons each order is manually checked. Once your details are verified and product availability is confirmed your order will be sent to you. If for some reason your payment details cannot be verified, we will advise you by email and ask if you wish to proceed with the order by re-submitting payment details.

Tax charges for Australian customers
All prices are in Australian dollars [AUD] with GST included. During the checkout process the relevant GST charges will be clearly displayed in your order and your receipt.

Refund Policy

• We'll replace or money back for any damaged goods.
• No money back for change of mind.

Cancelling an order
We will accept cancellation if the order has not been sent. If your order has been processed, paid for and sent we will not accept cancellation. You can cancel an order by contacting us - please include your order number in your communication.
